Knitted provides 15-day return and exchange policy. You always have the option to get your items changed. To exchange your items, simply return the package to our address, and as soon as we receive it we will dispatch the replacement or pay you back.

The exchange process may take 5-7 days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs 450 (Delivery charges) for which the rider will pick up the previous items and deliver the exchanged items. 

Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE except only if they are defective in any way.
